At the top of the Creative Designs section there is a Sticky, I believe the 5th one down, called "Meet the Designers" that was recently updated the Moderator, Chaoscent. It lists all of the designers that are currently making designs, their threads, and their photbuckets or 4shared links. It also has the links for people who are no longer designing, but you can still find some really neat stuff in there.

Once you find a design, designer that you like be sure to read the first post of their design thread. They all have different rules, ways of asking for designs, etc. it just makes it easier on them when you request something.

I know it may be overwhelming but I just got on here this past November, you'll get it. Check out the Stickies at the top and you'll be fine, happy hunting!!
