Imagination Mover Polka Dots?

I don't have a clue how ya'll make such neat things, so I may be asking for something that isn't doable.

Is it possible to take this picture of the movers and put colored circles behind it instead of the white square? Like blue, yellow, purple, green and/or red? I wanted to try to put polka dots on a shirt that had the movers in the middle of the dots. If that makes sense.

Natalie, you are very sweet. That is lovely, my DDs will love it and I plan to use it. Very colorful - thank you.

What I was trying to get (if it was even possible) was turn the picture of the movers into a small polka dot. Right now there is a white square behind them - I was hoping for a colored circle surrounding them instead - so I could make mini mover dots. So they would be the polka dot.

Again - I don't even know if that can be done. I'm very non-creative. And as colorful as what you made, I imagine my polka dot loving, Imagination-mover-nut daughter will love it more than what I was thinking.
