Just got back - all 4 parks... fun fun fun, rain, rain, rain.

Anyway my son spent some tiume while we were waiting on a picture and the rain to do edit his own picture. At the end it had the option to email it. I did but have not received it. He was quite worried about his picture. I was wondering if anyone did this and actually got the picture in email.

My daughters boyfriend was there 2 weeks ago. He called from there to tell her he had sent her a pix - I'm assuming from the same venue. She never received it either (?)

The kiosk had option to buy pictures as well. I thought that it was either or... and not have to buy option. Oh well...

My dd sent one to her boyfriend when we were there two weeks ago. When she talked to him that night he had received it and printed it out, so it was working then. She did not buy anything, just sent the email photo.

That really erks me cause we had to go back and do it again for the middle kid who wanted it so bad. Hope he forgets about it...

I was able to get a picture that someone sent me. You may want to check your spam or bulk folders for the email.

When we were there Ma 3-10th, sent a few pictures out. No one received them until May 22nd. So sometimes it can take a longer time. I received my copy then too.

I do not know why.

Sometimes it has taken our pictures quite a few days to actually reach us....hopefully this is the case with yours..

We were there on the 2nd and got home on the 11th and we got our pictures. However, we sent a video from Mexico at Epcot and we got the e-mail but are unable to view the video. Anyone else have this problem?

what format is the video?

Format was Quick Time. We kept downloading what it said we needed Quick Time Essentials, but it kept saying the download was corrupted. We eventually got the music, but never the picture.

I did that once and it took several weeks to receive the email. Not sure why but at least I got it.

I did this too and it was on my email when I got home. I also sent it to my mil, and bil, and both of them couldn't use the link. Not sure why though.

I almost posted this same exact question---we spent at least 30-45 minutes playing around and morphing pictures at that location saturday evening while it was storming outside and we haven't received the emails!!!! Aggravating!!! I hope we eventually get them.

Just an update... Just received the email and link....

We took it on Thursday 10th so 1 week to get here.
