Image editing questions - can a fiend help me out?

I asked this over on the creative DISigns board, but didn't get any responses, so I'm hoping that a tech-savy fort fiend can help me! I have an image someone did for me that is one of those group Mickey-stick-figure families with everyone's name for our upcoming spring break trip. It's very cute. The problem now is that my step-brother isn't going to be able to come, so I want a new image without him on it. I can't find anyone over on the DISigns board that does this anymore, and I have no idea how to edit him out.

I really want to do these t-shirts again. Does anyone know how to either make these designs, or know how to edit them? If so, would you be willing to help a fellow fort fiend out?

I have Paint Shop Pro X2 and if you want I could try. BTW, my pic on here I edited with PSP X2.
