I hope the Phillies start winning again dear Bobbi.

I'm tired of how unkindly this place is run. There are so many wonderful people working here. It's some adminstration and ownership who don't seem to care. It did feel good to let a surveyor know yesterday and Tuesday when she came to talk to me sbout my experience here, of the positive.

I'm not sure if you know about what happened to me. In January I suffered 4 strokes and wound up in the hospital the 1st week of February for a week. After much testing, they discovered a hole in my heart. The cardiologist detailed how I'd eventually suffer another stroke and I might not be so lucky next time so they performed [on 5/30] a PFO closure. They went in through both sides of my groin - one side for the camera and the other for the double "patch". An hour in recovery, they did an echocardiogram and found liquid around my heart. They performed another one after an additional 3 hours later and saw there was still fluid there but it hadn't increased, so I was able to be discharged. Needless to say, I was pretty sore, and I recently had a 3rd echocardiogram which showed that the fluid was slightly dissipated. I cannot lift anything over 10 lbs, but I can [slowly] go up and down a flight of stairs. No bathing, but showers are okay.
