Family just left......finishing laundry now.
Very little sleep but it was nice having the kids over.
Next week is DGS's birthday, so we will be at their house on Sunday.....not sure of the time yet.

Dishwasher is supposed to be installed Tuesday. Hope that goes well. I am getting tired of washing dishes.

I’m relaxing in front of the TV after a nice afternoon shopping for a Prom dress for Kate. We found a beautiful one, but we’re going to look at a few more places before committing to it. It’s more money than I wanted to spend, but since this is her first prom at her school and last prom, I’m willing to spend the extra money. I also love her BF and I want this prom to be special for both of them.

I found my dress (way back when) at the first place we went! I was almost disappointed, because my mom and I had planned a whole day, but it was too perfect not to get it.

I’m sitting in the dental chair waiting for my crown to be finished - they make it here. I’ve been here almost 3 hours and I’m hoping to be done in another hour.

Long day today - this crown, then work until 5:00pm and then straight to the HS to help with the softball camp that the HS players do for middle school age girls. I’m hoping to be home by 8:30pm

Wow....never taken that long for me. My dentist makes them in the office too. One hour time.

My arm moves more, and I’m a bit better walking with cane in my right hand.

I’m gonna get on the elliptical early this morning so I can get to the grocery store early. We have a winter weather advisory for our area (snow & ice) and the snow is supposed to start around 11am. No school today due to the weather, so Katie is able to sleep in, which rarely happens for her - she’s very excited to stay in bed longer than normal. Then later today we’ll be shoveling, so I get a double workout today.

Supposed to be a warm day today here. I need to get moving as I have to head out about 8:30.

the natural temperature in house is 68, outside is 54 and full moon is sitting on top a palm tree. up early toscan craigllist for garage sales, have to work at rummage sale to gain early shopping privs, drive down the non busy road to put gas in the 30 year old farm truck, and rake neighobor yard all before 8:00, today is garbage day and we share a plastic garbage container with neighobr,never know how full it is, the yard work is for a couple coming down from Oregon.....anytime soon....pruned their plants tuesday.

Up to 70s over the weekend.
I'm going grocery shopping today and then do some scrap booking before movie day

The temperature this morning is mid 40’s here. So I am good with that.

As of now, we had more snow last February - it felt like it would never stop.
Really hoping that we don’t get the possible 7” predicted and it stays around 3-4”.
Katie just left for PT, which makes me nervous, but she has to learn how to be a good snow driver. She was supposed to go later, but I told her to call and see if they had any cancellations and they did, which was great. Now she’ll be home when it’s supposed to snow the hardest.

I'm tired and my back hurts.
Cleaned the garage. Sorted all the things that we are getting rid of.....Goodwill and storage.
Hauled to Goodwill. The whole back of DH's van.
Defrosted the freezer.
Baked GF cupcakes for DD tomorrow (DGS's birthday)
I still need to make the frosting. do something with a bunch of apples that are getting old.

You have done a lot!
We brought some children’s toys to the Arc. There are some toys that I can’t bring myself to get rid of. One thing, Memory Game that our grandkids almost always beat us at.

Yes.....we're in spring cleaning and it is more than we usually do. Purging a lot. A lot of the grand kids toys were cleaned out, some saved.

DH has refinished the kitchen table and is now working on repainted the garden bench.
It is one that looks like big popsickle sticks....inspired by the ones in Bugs Land at Disneyland (Bugs land is now gone, so glad I have my bench)

Frosting done......apple crumble ready for the oven.
