DS gets his first dose of Moderna on Tuesday It's the start to the younger set in the family

She is supposed to come home this morning. It took forever for the cardiologist to see her yesterday. Lots of tests and very slow getting things done. The hospital is crowed with Covid patients
She spend Thursday night in the emergency room, got a room yesterday.
She knows the signs of this happening again, so she can go home.
We kept the little one (4) overnight so DS could get some sleep.
And of course here, he is sleeping longer than he does at home

How was your DD and DGS's check ups? All okay?

I hope you DIL is feeling better today and continues to feel better

It went great!
The pediatrician at the hospital said the baby was born with a club foot. The babies actual pediatrician, that we saw Friday, said he does not have a club foot. She said that at the time she understands why the other doctor said that, but the foot is correcting itself and she will continue to monitor the foot to make sure it’s ok. This was great news! The doctor we saw Friday was my DSILs pediatrician, so they trust her completely. It was a sigh of relief to hear his foot is ok.

I’m very excited for today - my parents and DH’s parents get to meet their great grandson today. Everyone will be here in a few hours.
DGS is so blessed to have both sets of Great Grandparents alive and healthy to meet him. Wonderful Day!

I haven't talked to her today. I think she was just tired yesterday......not enough sleep in the hospital. She went to bed at 3, a couple hours after she got home.
At least she has today to rest. And then she works from home, so should be okay.

I’m at the resort getting ready to have favorite Ohio ice cream. Friends brought four pints with them. We’re going to have a party!

I’m loving how we have a baby in the family again.
Babies make everyone smile and happy.
Yesterday the great grandparents met their great grand baby and they were beaming with happiness.
Yesterday also, our neighbors (just the ladies) that we’ve lived by for 16 years were able to meet DGS and hold him too. They were very excited because they’ve know Stephanie since she was 6 (Ive known all their kids since they were born).
DGS has so many people that love him - he’s so blessed

I’m really proud of my DD with how well she is adjusting to life with a new baby. She never sounds frazzled and says she’s just tired. DGS was a week old yesterday - time really flies!

I’m the passenger...driving home from TN now. Not sure we can make it in one day. In a way it would be a shame to have to spend another night, but we will if we’re tired.

My friend found this garden ornament in Dollywood! She has her hand on it!

AZ is dropping the vaccine age tomorrow.....way down. 16+
DD, her boyfriend and DIL (along with DS who already had an appointment) have now gotten appointments,
The 3 are getting theirs Saturday!!
