The Shop Rite has a special on cooked lobsters. I had one steamed and will have that for dinner.
DH is not crazy about the work that goes into Lobster...he'll have something else.

Thank You bobbiwoz, it did turn out pretty good and my hubby liked it all. He cleaned his plate and I got a big kiss after dinner, but I usually get them anyways.

Tonight I am making Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Italian Bread with a side of Green Beans. I won't even screw this up.

My husband has made Dinner Reservations somewhere and he is not telling me where. All he has told me is I need to pack and overnight bag because we are staying at a hotel overnight in New Orleans which is about 1 hour away from our home. So I imagine there is a dinner and something else planned afterwards in New Orleans. He also took off work on the next day Tuesday and I am a High School Vocal(Choir) Music Teacher so I am on Summer Vacation. He is being sneaky.

Our son who is visiting and his bride got married in New Orleans. She is from Houma LA, her parents sill live there. They have 2 wonderful sons, Walter 5, and Drew almost 4.

We made chocolate chip cookies today.

Tomorrow, June 10 is the day I met my husband. That was in 1966!

I grew up in Hammond, LA. and my parents still live there and now live with my Husband in Covington, LA. He grew up near Tucson, AZ. I met him my Freshman year at Southeastern Louisiana University when he was a Junior. We were married when I was a Junior. He literally swept me off my feet. Now I just finished my first year of teaching High School Vocal(Choir) Music and am enjoying my Summer.

We were married on June 12, 2015 and I graduated in May of 2016.

Now I am just waiting for my hubby to get home from work at little later.

I was a math teacher. Mimi taught in a charter school in New Orleans when she met Greg. He went to NO to help after Katrina. They were married in 2010.

Tiring......chasing a hyper almost 4 year old is hard work.
She loved it though, so that made us have a great time.
DD got sick part way through.
Crowds were high, temps were a bit cool.
Back in Oct to do it again for Halloween time

DGD loves it. She hasn't been for Halloween, so yes, back we go. High crowds or not.
Didn't get on Guardians ride. That ride was ridiculous......and hour to get a fast pass or 2 1/2 for the ride.
