I'm relaxing now while DGD is taking a nap....supposedly. I hear her talking, so we'll see.
Then her parents should be over to go swimming and take her home.

She watched Sleeping Beauty and How to Train a Dragon yesterday and Little Mermaid twice today.
We went shopping with auntie and got her a new swim suit.....she is growing so fast!

Do kids really like sleeping? When mine were babies boy I was so exhausted I wonder if I would survive and work also….

She does.....just gets up too early because of her weekday schedule at home.
Not sure how she did last night at home.....she wouldn't take a nap here.
I've always said she drains the energy of all around her. We're all always tired when she is around and she never runs out of energy and can run around for hours

I know that feeling! I watched DGD this afternoon while my daughter went shopping then to collect DGS from school. We played in the garden with the sandpit, crawl tunnel (no I don't go through it!), ball and camping in her princess pop up castle before I persuaded her it was time for some juice and Peppa Pig - just so I could sit a little it was so hot today - she lay on her bean bag with her blanket and said she was having a little rest - yippee! No it only lasted 5 minutes before our next game! Love it really

Yep....they have too much energy for us grandparents. It is too hot here to even go outside to play unless it is into the pool and that is tiring too.

I agree. The post office said they delivered a package to my door at 10:23 and said no one was home and left the slip. Well I am home and the dogs would go crazy if knocking or the door bell rings. I looked everywhere and even checked the mail box and no slip. This po won't even answer their phone. I had to drive all the way there. I don't know how to get my package with out the slip. Once they left a package on my patio near my bedroom, it was 4 days before i saw it.

Spent today editing more scanned photos and found a few from WDW in 1990 that I hadn't posted yet anywhere.

Tomorrow is all appointments and running around with more doctors on Wednesday so no DISsing again for awhile.

Jo - That used to happen to us all the time back in Maryland but seems to be much better here in Colorado Springs.

Spent today editing more scanned photos and found a few from WDW in 1990 that I hadn't posted yet anywhere.

Tomorrow is all appointments and running around with more doctors on Wednesday so no DISsing again for awhile.

Yes, sometimes the post office doesn't know what they are doing

I'm helping DH today. I guess he lost his wallet last night Hope it turns up.....so hard to replace all the cards, etc

It's awful to lose important things - hope you get it all sorted. Hubs has had to sort out a problem with his card - one he only uses abroad. It must have been cloned when we went to Washington DC and was being used in Las Vegas! He had only used it twice in DC - Abercrombie and Bath & Body so bank think it was at one of those stores which is shocking.
Very hot here again but a busy day no chance to sit outside - can't wait for DGS to break up on Thursday afternoon so we can all have some fun!

You know working as a store manager, I can tell you I have caught many employee's who stole. I had to do the firing as well. It happens more than you can imagine. One guy used a sherifs credit card while they were filling up their vehicle. Not my store but another one. That was not a bright move on that person's part. He charged to red bulls swiped the card and threw the receipt away before they came back in to pay for the gas.

Thankfully no problems sorting it out - we will all be returning to cash! Must have been tough for you - presenting the proof etc.
