The sellers want us to split closing costs which from what our agents are telling us is unheard of around here, especially at our price point.

DH is livid and we are going back to see the house one more time with our agents before deciding (although 2500 dollars is not the end of the world). The market is particularly tight in the Springs. We have looked at 20+ plus homes and hundreds online. This is the house we feel comfortable in.

We dropped out of a bidding war yesterday on another house before making our offer.

We are going to meet with the mortgage guy and then over to the house.

Hopefully this will end well!
