I'm yet another wanting TS opinions!

I am pretty sure I'm set and ready to make my reservations but I couldn't resist getting everyone's opinion first since this trip is all about trying new restaurants. I also have several timing questions. I hope nobody minds? It's just me and my boyfriend, going on the dining plan in Sept. Here it goes:

Arrive 9-2... POFQ resort time and MK- just doing counter service

9-3... AK then on to the HDDR at 7:15 (my boyfriend's first, my 2nd)

9-4... Epcot... Chefs de France 6:30ish (will this be enough time to get us out and into a good spot for Illuminations at 9?)

9-5... MGM with Mamma Melrose at 6(again with timing? Fantasmic is at 8:30)

9-6... MK with an already booked Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast at 9am

9-7... AK/ Typhoon Lagoon and starting early (as early as possible) at Chef Mickeys

9-8... MGM again leaving early for Spoodles and then onto Beaches and Cream for dessert (Is it okay to do only dessert at Beaches and Cream? I'm hoping so cause that Ice cream looks mighty good!!)

9-9... Epcot times two then heading to Whispering Canyon Cafe (Here's my questions for this one... If we did an earlier reservation, we can make it to La Nouba I believe, but I've heard WCC is not as wild or "alive" until later in the evening, is this true?)

9-10... MK with the Keys to The Kingdom Tour then heading to Narcosses for an 8 oclock reservation (How's that time for Wishes viewing at 9? We eat quick and don't like to just sit at a restaurant all night )

9-11 leaving home


I greatly appreciate everyone's input and hope to make the reservations LATEST this weekend! Thanks ahead of time!

Yes.

Most likely.

It is an ice cream parlor, that just happens to offer burgers too. It is surely fine to go there just for dessert. Just be prepared for a wait, sometimes.

Yes. The fun is relatively proportional to how many guests are dining at the time.

You will still likely be having dinner when Wishes starts.
