I posted the other day about my DD3 being sick. She had to deal with fevers. The other night it briefly went up to 104.9. I got it done rather quickly. Since then she's mentioned that her ears are bothering her a little bit when she lies down. Now today I noticed that she hasn't been able to hear everything I've said to her. Now I"m freaking out wondering if that high fever could have caused hearing loss OR if it's just something minor as in her ears are all stuffed up/filled with fluid.
I'm sitting here shaking I just feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown. Both our kids have been sick for at least 4 or 5 days, I've barely slept and now this. I'm scared to death!!

He's been really sick, and his fever was very high. Thank God the drain in my tub is broken and the tub does not hold water, as he is almost 8 years old and bathes by himself. I went in to check on him after 3 or so minutes and he was on his back in the tub, having a horrible seizure. I thought he had ingested water, so I can't even explain the next steps I took. I remember calling 911, attempting to administer CPR, mouth to mouth, etc, but mostly I remember the screaming
Hope the little one feels better soon.
