For me, I called to book my trip and was planning on booking a value resort. I asked if I was able to get the 40% the person I spoke with told me she would check. She came back on the line and said I was able to get the 40% on the hotel. I booked 10 days at a mod(CSR) for the same price that it would have cost me to book the value.
We leave june 3.

I really do not think there is a "CODE"
I asked when I called to book my trip and the CM looked into and said I was able to get the 40%. So I would just call and ask. I did not have any "CODE" or "PIN" when I called. So just call and ask.

I just called and asked if there were any discounts or codes that could be added to my reservation and the CM (olympia) told me that unless I had a card or email there was nothing she could do for me. Am I not wording my question right?

No you are wording your question just fine. BUT as I stated there is no CODE or PIN that I am aware of. It was something that was attached to my name with DISNEY. I am sorry if that is not the answer you were looking for. Maybe someone has a "code"
Again sorry. Maybe try back and ask the CM about the 40% Do not ask for any code but ask for the 40% discount.
Do get that monthly newsletter from disney?

you dont have to be sorry about being helpful. Im just glad that someone answered me. Thanks The CM I spoke with pretty much told me that if I didnt have a code there was nothing that she could do to help me. It's fine, I am going whether we get a code or not, it's booked and Im paying (rack rate) but I just thought it might be nice to get something.....Thanks for your help!!

We are going Sept. 19-23rd, staying at Pop. It is my whole familys' (Me, DH, DS (8))first trip to WDW and we cant wait. We are trying to having as much fun with the planning as we possibly can. In 10 days we will book our ADR's and have our trip pretty much planned out as to which parks we will be in which days. We are traveling with another family of 4. Our sons' are cub scouts together and it will be their first trip too. This is going to be fantastic and even the thought of paying full price will not take away from that Thanks for asking!

I got a PIN code, but it states that it is non-transferable. It's attached to your name, address & email.

Thank you Bionic....appreciate the answer. Thats pretty much what I was told by the CM. But then you read about these people who just called and asked if there were any discounts or codes with their name and they get the discount. My CM pretty much said if I didnt know the code there wasnt any need in her looking next to my name. Oh well.....life goes on....

I will PM you the secret code. The code was not supposed to be for public use without the PIN. Many, myself included, was able to call up and give the code and get the discount without the PIN. Some got lucky and some didn't. As late as yesterday someone was still able to get the discount by calling and asking. It certainly can't hurt! Check your PM box.

Just made reservations for March 29th 2007 at the grand Floridian and the Poly. I did ask them if I had a pin or code under my household and they said yes. A cm said that I had a Easter Special code under our household and they let me use it. Another friend had a 40 % off, but she had already made her res. along time ago and they said she could not use it, because only so many rooms are for the 40% off. I guess we got a ok deal with it being spring break and easter week. We are paying $3800.00 for 5 ( our kids are considered adults) we are staying 3 nights at the Floridan and 1 night at the Poly and 6 day hopper/fun and more plus the dining. I think it is a good deal. I really didn't want to spend that much money, but we have always wanted to stay at the grand and the poly. We have been to Disney many times and 2 Disney cruises. We love Disney. If I can help with any questions, please let me know.
