I'm watching Footloose for the first time ever.

Just saw the "Footloose" song. That's enough, thanks Anyone see Kevin Bacon doing the Footloose dance on Will and Grace a couple of weeks ago? It was hilarious.

Okay, I just finished watching it. I wonder if Kevin Bacon looks back on that movie and laughs or cringes? It did put a smile on my face though. I felt like hiding behind a pillow or something and just peeking out every once in awhile. Corny, corny, corny!

Actually I think I've seenan interview w/ol' Kev and he publicly says it was the highlight of his career...that and the Seven Degrees to Kevin Bacon game...

I guess Saturday Night Fever would look corny now too. I'll have to watch that again sometime.

It's pretty corny alright, but I liked it. Especially the part where Sara Jessica Parker and her date (forget his name, the farm boy) are sitting at the club while everyone else is dancing. You can just feel the tension, how bad she wants to get up and dance. And then she does! Corny yes, but fun.

That was SOOO corny that it became COOL but now it's corny again...
Your kids might think ol' Kev' is cool one day...in a retro/hipster sort of way.

I loved that movie! The farm guy was hillarious. Oh I wish I had a copy of it I would watch it right now.

I love this movie!!! Totally corny and goofy, but I love it anyway. When it first came out, I saw it 7 times in the theater!!!! It's one of my favorites!!!

We watched that movie this morning too. MY DH had NEVER seen it! I can't believe that!

I saw it several times when it came out! I will never forget after the first time...we stopped at a major intersection in our town..and the theme song came on the radio. My boyfriend at the time...got out..and started dancing and ended up getting me out of the car..and we danced on the front hood of his car!

wow..to be 15 again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Makes you feel young and old at the same time...go figure!
