Not quite sure what I did, but I'm rethinking everything "new" that I ate. I'm quite disappointed as I was losing about 2 pounds a week. DH and I did take a walk this evening and I will be doing Tae-Bo tomorrow afternoon. DH reminded me that muscle weighs more that fat so how do I know that I'm not still "losing". I forget that sometimes, but I just really want to make it below 200 pounds before the end of the year!
I could use some encouragement and advice please.

I won't be weighing myself until next Tuesday because I can't stand anymore disappointment. I usually only weigh myself on Tuesdays but I've been over to mom's house a few times this week and I found my way to the scale Sunday and Monday. Well, that's enough!! I'll keep you all posted and thanks for all the support!
