I'd love to have some ideas about what I can do to make this birthday memorable in a fun way!
Here are some things about me:
- I'm single with no kids
- I don't drink, so a bar wouldn't be fun
- I'm a conservative person, so something risque would be out of the question
- I love to travel
- My older sister is splurging on this as a gift to me, and her budget is $500
- We're willing to drive somewhere for fun (we live in central Ohio)
- I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to turn 30 at Disney, but we can't afford it this year. If you have suggestions on how to make a weekend trip to Disney affordable (we prefer to stay on site), please share them!
- We've thought of the obvious stuff (Chicago, NYC, etc.) and the current lead is NYC - see a show, stay someplace nice, do some tourist-y stuff, etc.
Thanks for your help! I don't want to just do dinner and a movie this year like I do with my friends on other years. I'm not depressed about turning 30 at all - I just want to celebrate in style!
