We are taking a girls trip in January to see the lights and celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. This will be my 6th trip to Disney, 3rd with my daughter. My mom is the planner normally but this time I took over the reigns. We just went in March and we normally eat at the same places every time, but now I want to try some new places. Here's what I have:

Akershus dinner - Celebrating my daughter's birthday here and never been here
Sci-Fi or 50's Prime Time
Ohana Breakfast (never been here)
1900 Park Fare dinner (never been here)
Tusker House lunch (never been here)
Whispering Canyon
Chef Mickey

What are your thoughts?

We went last year to Whispering Canyon and my daughter loves the antics. Chef Mickey breakfast is a must for her because she loves seeing the Fab 5. We usually do either Sci-Fi or 50's. Last year we did Sci-Fi and she had a lot of fun, so I think we will probably do 50's with her this year because the last time we went there she was too young to remember.

Let me know your reviews on the new places I'm trying and if I should change out anything.

I am sure she will love all of them! Akershus is great and has wonderful princess interaction. Ohana's has really good food and the Hawaiian atmosphere is fun! The step mother and step sisters at 1900 Park Fare steal the show! They are hilarious and your daughter will enjoy dancing with Cinderella and Prince Charming! I think you'll be glad you tried new places :)

Excellent choices!! We love Ohana's for breakfast, and we just tried Tusker House for lunch this past trip. My son loved it! Good for you for trying new places. That is our goal for our next trip too, but it can be hard to branch away from what we know that we like:)
Have a great trip!

Great choices!
We loved Ohana for dinner and I've heard great things about breakfast so I'm thinking you'll be fine with that!
WE LOOOOOVE 1900 Park Fare for dinner. The food was wonderful and both of my kids (DS6, DD3) enjoyed the time with Cinderella/Prince Charming/stepmother/stepsisters. It's really a great place. (the little chocolate mousse cups for dessert are my personal fave.) :)
We also enjoy Chef Mickey's quite a bit. Wonderful way to meet Mickey and the gang. The food was really great.

We are trying Whispering Canyon on our next trip in October. I'm looking forward to that! Askerhaus will probably be on our next, next trip. We were going to do it in October but currently booked for Cinderella's Royal Table and my husband thinks that's enough princesses for this one! LOL!

Thanks everyone. We are really excited about the list. I can't wait to try the new places and hopefully have some new favorites.

Now off to finalize everything and make our ADR's
