I'm thinking about taking a college class

my daugher will be a junior in high school next year and I was considering taking a college class in my town. I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt and I heard as you get older, you should keep your mind working. Plus I may be a good example for my daughter. Hopefully I can receive some financial aid. I completed 60 hours at a community college after high school. I'm not going to work towards a degree but perhaps take a psychology class or something interesting. Has anyone gone back to school?

Good for you I have always said I would love to be an elementary school teacher, and everyone is always encouraging me to go back to school, who knows, maybe someday I will

In three weeks, I will be graduating from a local university with a degree in elementary education.....at the age of 43! I am proof that it is NEVER too late to learn!! Go for it!

I'm in my thirties and I'm planning on going to college this fall. After being laid off from a 16 year career, I decided to go to college and work towards a degree in a new field..I don't think it's ever too late for an education! Go for it and good luck!

I went back to school last fall... I'm taking a one year medical coding program.... I'm graduating on May 4! I say go for it!

My mom did that. When I was a Sophmore in college she took a class with me. It was super fun, and she audited it so it didn't cost as much (which means you don't get any credit for it.... but if you're just doing it for fun or education...... )
