Congratulations Julie!!! I'm so happy for you guys! What a great wish to make and have actually come true
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so very pleased for you - what wonderful news!
Enjoy every bit of your pregnancy and look after you and your little baby beanie! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
In answer to your questions, my wish was that we would be blessed with a baby and we recently found out that we are expecting!!!
DH and I are so very happy with this news! We have been hoping and wishing for this for a little while and we are thrilled that our wishes have come true.
So far, I've just been very tired. No sickness yet, thank goodness!
We're expecting our bundle of joy on March 28, 2010. It seems like a long way off. I kind of wish we could fast forward to the baby's arrival, but at the same time, I hope to really enjoy this pregnancy.
We haven't told very many of our real life friends yet (in case something should go wrong), so if you are my facebook friend, please don't mention it on my facebook!
So get ready for a new little DISer!![]()

Keep us posted on how you are feeling, and of course we'll have to know about all the progress on 'our' new DIS baby as you go along!
Congratulations Julie!!!!!!!! It will change your world forever. I will keep you and the little one in my thoughts and prayers for an easy pregnancy. March is a great time to have a baby... it's Tricia's birth month, too!!

So I had an appointment yesterday for an ultrasound.
Even though we had seen that the baby was in the right place last time, I was a little anxious about this ultrasound as it was possible that we would see a heartbeat today!
Keeping our fingers crossed, we went into the room for the ultrasound and we found a heartbeat! We saw the little heartbeat flickering on the screen. 128 beats per minute to be exact! I think the baby is 2.2 millimeters long at this point. Tiny little thing!
After seeing that, I feel like we can REALLY get excited now!
It's amazing to know that all of this is going on inside me. I love it!![]()
Julie!!! Just saw your little ticker! Congratulations!!!
When are you due? My DDIL just found out she's pregnant - due in April.
Oops! I see I should have read back - I just got excited and postedI've been teaching at church Day Camp this week - a little scattered.
Julie so glad you heard that heartbeat!! We didn;t hear Caleb's until 10 wks or so...it might have been later...I can;t remember. I know the first couple of visits we could not hear it but they said it was common not to hear it for a while. Course everyone teased us that alot of times if you can;t hear it that there could be twins!! LUCKILY for us...it was only one!!![]()
Do you think you will find out the gender of the baby when the time comes or do you want it to be a suprise??
It's awesome, isn't it? I remember with Jill literally shaking my head thinking, 'I made a another person!' I had never felt a love so overwhelming in my life, and I would sit and hold her and just watch her breathe. It's the most amazing feeling, and now all these years later, I do the same thing with Bella. She looks so much like Jill did as a baby that it's like holding her all over again.
Thanks for sharing your doctor visit with us. It's good to hear that your little peanut is drumming away in there! Do you find yourself writing down lists of girl names and boy names and then putting different middle names with those trying to find the perfect fit?![]()
