I'm terrified - HUGE UPDATE

I have yet to plan anything. I just got the info from my hubby's boss today. I know we have a 4 day park hopper passes and we are staying offsite at Comfort Inn at Lake Buena Vista on Palm Parkway. We didn't plan on renting a car but after the first day we may end up doing so. We will be traveling with the babies car seat so we'll be able to do that.

Guess I'll look around and try to decide where to go first. I think I want to go to MK first then AK because I've never been there. If anyone has any good ideas let me know. So much has changed since I was last there. I've never had the chance to get the pins or anything either.

Okay first thing first. With the age of your children I would plan on atleast 2 days for MK. Great place to eat there Liberty Tree (character dinner). Also Contempory Resort has Chef Mickeys Breakfast you can go there and park and then take the Monorail to MK. AK is fun, but it is only open till 5:00. They also have a breakfast character meal, but I not sure what it is called. Also Rainforest Cafe great atmostphere kids would like. During the time your there they also have Mickeys Christmas Party. Hope this helps! Let me know if I can help with anything. But you really need to get your reservations for dinner down.

Hi I just saw your post today, I would think you will need a rental car, especially with a baby I don't think I would want to have to depend on off site transportation service. Also I am wondering about the 4 day tickets you have. If they are the newer MYW tickets with the hopper option, it would not cost you very much to upgrade them to add more days. If they are old 4 day hoppers, I am wondering where they came from, I also think you may be able to upgrade them for more days. Just curiosity. The Christmas time at the parks is lovely and it is nice that is usually not too hot. I think you will have a very magical time, You really can take the baby on a lot of rides there, just some of the big ones you can't. A nice feature of the baby swap is that you other children tall enough to ride can go twice. Once with the first parent and return with the second parent on the swap. Have a wonderful trip

I think one of our biggest problems is we are going down there with a limited amount of money. Since Hubby's boss paid for our tickets, flight and hotel that leaves us with just having to pay for meals and suveniors (spelling?) However we'll probably only have about 1000 dollars. The hotel we are staying at does provide free meals for all three of our children so except for lunch we'll probably do meals at the hotel, unless we are doing an all day thing. Also knowing our family you can never guarentee that we are going to be in a particular spot at a particular time so I don't think ADR's are going to work. My hubby is no help because as far as he's concerned the ONLY places he wants to go is AK and seaworld! How can anyone who has never been to MK not want to go? I just don't get it. I threatened him saying I was gonna leave him with the kids in the hotel and I was gonna go alone, he said fine with him. :P

::sigh::
