I'm sure it's been asked before re:birthday cake

I am sure this question has been asked 100 times but I can't seem to get the search feature to work for me

We are going to be at Disney World for my birthday (August 26th) and we have a reservation at Coral Reef. How do we arrange for a cake and when should we do so?

I just ordered a cake at the Coral Reef last month. Call the cake hotline and follow the prompts for Epcot restaurants and then choose Coral Reef. I left my name and number and someone returned my call the next day. I ordered mine about a week ahead of time. I got the 8" personalized with an edible screen image of Goofy playing basketball. It was for my son's 12th birthday. It turned out great.
