I posted this the other day and I am STILL having problems. I have been calling since Monday to try to modify an existing reservation. I have called three different numbers (407-WDISNEY, the 407 number listed on my confirm and a 407 number supplied to me in an email from Guest Services.)
I go through all of the prompts, am told to hold for the next available agent and am then disconnected.
I emailed them about it after trying for four days to get through and received a response telling me that they can't make changes via email. Yeah. Thanks for that.
I am not ASKING you to make any change. I am TELLING you there is a problem with your phone lines.
I have tried calling FROM three separate numbers and I have the same problem on all of them. Obviously someone is getting through because I am assuming that if everyone in CRO was just sitting around twiddling their thumbs for a week while the phones never rang they would think something was up.
The kicker is it's a package I need to change and I am about to run into the window where if I cancel it or make changes I will be charged. Not to mention the fact that I am currently paying for the dining plan and can't get through to make dining ressies either.
Am I the only one who is having problems with their phone lines? I'm beginning to think I must be on the naughty list but I need to get this resolved sooner rather than later.
