My travel agent told me about the Universal Black Friday 'sale' last year. I did not get a Legoland or Seaworld email yet for this year but we didn't go to either place this year.

Exactly - Disney does not need to participate in Black Friday nonsense. I'm reading posts about certain dates not even being available for an onsite room, any onsite room. Disney is filling up again, and will need fewer 'deals' to keep the profit coming in. Plus, they need to make $$$ for the new expansions - giving too many discounts can cut into that!

I'm a SeaWorld passholder and subscribe to Legoland emails, so that's probably why I got them. I'm going to keep an eye on Universal just in case. I'm a passholder there, too, so maybe they'll send out an email if they decide to do anything this year.

Someone posted that target was having a 15% off entire website sale. They do sell disney gift cards that you can use to pay for your vacation and everything in the parks. Nobody will know if they are going to include them in the sale until it starts friday.
