I'm sooooooooo ready for spring!

I love snow and I love winter...usually. This year I can't wait for spring to arrive. I'm tired of being cold; I'm tired of the dry air; I'm tired of having to wear flannel PJ's to bed (as much as I love them). I'm tired of waiting for the big snowstorm that I now realize is NEVER going to come. I am ready for it to warm up now.

I agree.

I figure, if it's cold, I'd like to have a least one REALLY good snowstorm. The kind where you don't even THINK about having to go to work. I don't even want any of that in-between ice/slush mess that makes your life miserable. If it's not going to snow, then we need to just move along.

You and me both! It's suppose to be a high of 34 or so on Thurs or Fri and then it's suppose to get in the teens again this weekend. I love the Spring when the temperatures slowly and steadily goes up. I love the first time it hits 45 and then 50 and then 55 and so on.

My DD4 asked when summer was, because she was tired of wearing her winter coat. I said, it's not for awhile. So Monday we had sandwiches, lemonade, and fruit in front of the fireplace to warm up and she wore her sunglasses. Our beach picnic in the Living room. Today the sun isn't out much and it drives me crazy to have cold gray skies. When the sun comes out I'll sit by the window and get some rays. It feels great!

Hoping that winter is short and the ground hog doesn't see his shadow.

I love winter I do.. my favorite season! But holy cow its been so cold here this winter. I can't even send the kids out to play in it, well I could but they would be right back in so what's the point of getting them dressed which takes an hour. For them to come right back in? so for the most part they've been suck inside with me.. And snow? we've got less than a foot total this year We got mostly ice. Can't have a snowball fight with ice! We'll ya could but it would REALLY hurt! This is just a sucky winter. Bring on the snow!

I hate the winter. I've lived in NY my entire life and you would think that I'd be used to it. As I get older, I dislike it more and more.

I don't like snow, either. It's pretty as it falls. But, by the next day, it's either slushy and dirty or turns into ice and becomes so dangerous to walk or drive on it.

I will take the summer heat any time over the winter!!

I agree! If it's going to be so bitter cold all the time it might as well snow..my kids are dying to make a snowman!

If that's too much to ask, let's just warm it up to 70 and keep it that way!

I hate the shovelling of the snow or else you can't get out of your driveway. I hate how when you've shovelled everything, the snow plow comes by and leaves a big dump of snow in your driveway. We had a lot of snow for the west coast this year.

Thank You! I wish you could ship me some of your snow. I remember one year seeing snow flakes in May! MAY! Lets hope Phil gives us hope of an early spring
