I have been having problems with accessing my disney movie rewards account for about 2months. I finally called after ever kind of password/memeber name combo I could think of!! I was getting a lil p offed!!
So..I called Member Services and got a wonderful CM named
Karen. She sounded like she was an older woman. Very,very nice!!!!
Anyways..she figured it out and got me back in!!! On TOP OF THAT...800 or so of my points disappeared in this mean time. They're giving me ALL of them back!!!! I'm sooo freakin excited!!!!
