I'm SOO Flattered and, pretty serious!

I got a call/message Friday from an Attorney I worked for/with many years ago and, he wants a part time, start in the fall legal assistant! Way back when, when we worked together, we swore we'd work together again, someday, when he had his own practice, etc. Well, he's had his own practice but, I've been Mommy for over 5 years and, before that, we did deal with each other while I worked for someone else (I even used him as my back up attorney when my then-boss couldn't do something). I think this would be perfect for me and, since he doesn't need me until Fall, I'm hoping the part time scenario works out for him AND I! Oh, please, this guy is a really nice guy and, a respectable attorney (remember, he/I only deal with real estate, probate, wills, etc) and, he knows me and, I know him so, in these areas of law, there isn't a moral issue -- Trust me, that's a whole diiferent story!

Oh please, wish me luck! He said to call him back later next week as, end of the month closings have him pretty busy. Sorry, I'm already getting the 'talk' back!

I'm rambling I know! I'm sorry! In some respects I feel like I left this profession last month but, I KNOW that things change rapidly in this field. I need as much understanding from a new boss as, I got years ago as a newbie~Plus side is, he's someone I know and, have worked with before!
