I'm so overwhelmed.

It seems like our timeshare is not going to work for us this time so we have decided to go back to Windsor Hills. I'm actually really happy about it as I had been a bit disapointed that we weren't going to be staying there this time. We were so spoilt last time.
I've been going through the millions (well it almost seems like millions) of email replies I've got and its just so hard to choose. I had decided to go a condo, but the price some of the townhomes are really not that much different. And to have the splash pool and be able to drive into our driveway and not have far to take tired kids is a bonus.
I have actually received quotes for a few of the bigger properties ie: 4/5/6 bedrooms and although we dont need something that big, some of the quotes are really good for something that big. And the full pool and separate spa is terrific. We got a huge amount of use out of them last time.
I'm struggling. I only have a few priorities and quite a few of them satisfy the requirements. A lock box for the key - I don't want to be looking for a management company to collect the key, and wireless internet. Do the condo's have airconditioning or is it just ceiling fans? Some of the condos say fireworks view. I know MK is a far distance. Are you really able to see them?
The other things I like are bonuses really - pool, themed rooms etc. I feel like I have so much information in my head that I'm going to explode.

Remember: if there are a lot of options that work, you don't really need to pick the very best one. You just need to pick a really good one.

You've seen all of the WDW promotions, if they are hurting then everything in the surrounding area is hurting a lot worse. Don't be afraid to bargain for what you want if you see features you like in a house but want to pay a condo price. The sheer volume of replies you recieved tells you that you have a lot of leverage if you're a serious person with available cash.
