last night when DW made a "pass" at me I said sorry honey not tonight, we're in single digits and I still have to plan out itineraries for the last two days!!

I know I'm preaching to the choir about obsessive planning but boy when the single digits hit...it's time to get REAL serious!!

Lets hear how obsessed you are!!

As our most recent trip, this March, approached single digits, I actually started to get 'Planning Withdrawal', ALMOST regretting that the planning was ending and the trip was to take place.

I used to obsess on planning, not to the degree that many on these boards do. I have been the person though on the last few trips that family members look to and say "what do we do next?" I just try to study up enough to be able to say ok were here right now, such and such is just around the corner, we can get a FP that and then go do this. Our obsession is usually coming up with the list of everything we need to take(we drive). Try not to let the planning and rigid adherence to an itenarary get in the way of just enjoying the experience. Roll Tide!

I'd be careful about that. When you're at WDW, your DW may just say to you "Sorry honey, not tonight. I have to get my rest in order to keep up with the full itinerary you planned..."

No problem. We always have a blast. I just get caught up in the planning...want to make sure everything is okay. Once we're there, its time to have fun...WAR EAGLE!

Good point but have no fear, I have a couple of rest days built in!
