First, Black Friday was a complete bust since the website was having problems all day long.

Today, I had no problem getting everything added to my cart. They have a special for 20% off and free shipping on orders over $100 (CYBER20 is the code). Anyway, I had everything in my cart and had to take a call. When I returned to place my order, I had a message that I was signed off due to inactivity and my shopping cart is now empty!!! I was only away for about 10 minutes. All that time down the drain again. Kohl's just must not want my money.

Vent over.

I have also learned this the hard way. Whenever shopping kohls.com be sure to sign in to your account first, then each time you add something to your cart click the 'save cart' link.

Oh, I'm sure that they still want your money. :rotfl: I know that's frustrating, though. Can't you just add the items back into your cart?

This is not an unusual situation at all. Many retailers will log you off after a period of inactivity, as protection in case you are using a "public" computer.

I had the same thing happen to me at TRU. Except I WAS LOGGED IN! I hadn't moved from my computer. Went to check out, and it was gone. Went to go rebuy it, and now it's out of stock. Just swell.:sad2:

Even if you get the order through Kohl's is famous for cancellations and refunds. They rarely wait for backordered stuff. One christmas half my order was canceled.
