Please help me, I very fat and do not know that to me to do with my body.Diets do not help, nothing helps.Who íèáóäü can advise me as me to grow thin?

I think the first thing to do is see a Doctor and get a phsycial. Then get the Doctor's advice as to what your body can take. Then you join a gym and start cardio, but you need to have a physical exam to find what your body can take because you do not want to chance any heart related problems. When you get in the gym I recommend the elptical trainers because they are low impact and very good for burning calories, but not causing knee/leg problems.

Working out is not the only thing to do, you need to adjust your diet and the times you eat. The advice is to eat 5 smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism going, don't eat late at night. Drink water, lots of water.

Just a few thoughts, but first go see a Doctor.

HI i know what it is like to be over-weight. The feeling of low self-esteem that accompanies it is horrid.

My advice: like someone else said 1) you MUST go to your doc 1st because you might have a medical reason for being "heavy" and dealing with that will help you both feel better and loose weight.

2) Weight Watchers is a good plan because they teach you how to live in the real world! No special meals that you must buy or food to avoid. Just plain simple eating habits. Exercise and the opportunity to chat with others who are dealing with the same problems.

Make sure you do good things for yourself that make you feel a bit better even if that means reading a magazine that others say is "trashy"

Focus on eating right first (fruits, vegetables, fibers...), cut off all junk foods. Then you can add cardio exercises to your daily activities.

i personally think that the only person that can help you is you!, work on your self esteem, value yourself, and get off the computer and go walking i feel for you, but no-one on here can give you the answers if you`re not ready to really do something, i cant reccommend weight watchers enough, you can diet and still have your favourite things just in moderation.

good luck

I have the same problem. I have fought my weight since I was in Middle School. Last year I weighed 250 lbs. I am only 5' 2". I went and got a physical job, so that i am kinda forced to work hard. I work for Stride Rite Corp, I pick the shoe orders, and walk approx 14 miles a day. The first month was hell but I fought through it and now I have lost 30 lbs and i feel alot better plus now I will be in shape for our Disney trip in May!! BONUS. I still eat what i want to but now at leat i am working it off. I never could stick to a diet or excersise regimin I am not that diciplined but now that I have to go to work and help support my family I have no other choice. Like I said it was very hard at first and i almost quit my job...but I am so glad I did not. I reccomend anyone who needs to loose weight getting a physical job can help. Keep your head up. You are worth it. And don't let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. :goodvibes

Def.WALK...
I was doing 2 miles everynight 5 days a week and I was shedding the punds like crazy... I would warm up with a jumps rope then jog the 2 miles after 2 weeks of training my lungs..... Def do cardio with a sensible diet...
