My aunt has already made her reservations at a 2bdrm @ BCV for 11/29/08 - 12/6/08 and she isn't a DVC owner. I am a DCV owner and want to make my ressies for our 2 bdrm but BCV isn't my home resort so I have to wait
.
I was thinking of doing the day by day thing like I've seen other do here on the boards, but someone with Dreams Unlimited to me I couldn't do it that it wouldn't work for me. Here is her exact words: If you were thinking that you could hold the 2 Bedroom with a deposit and then switching to your points at 7 months, unfortunately, it wont work like that. The inventory of Villas that they book for DVC Members and then release to WDTC for the general public is completely different and non transferrable.
Some please help me. I so do not want to miss out on getting a 2 bdrm with the rest of my family for a grand gathering. We bought DVC for so we could enjoy these places and not be stressed about it. I guess I'll go thru the same thing in '10 when I want to reserve 2 rooms at the Grand Floridian.
Any input would be greatly appreciated even if it is to be patient it will all work out.
