I was absolutely shocked to see an email message from the black hole about the prizes from the maze event. They said they had put them in my account. (I'd reported problems with both the Medium & Difficult mazes.)

Of course I was not shocked when I couldn't find the candy cauldron. However, I actually found the Master Gracey pin!

So here is my public apology Oh Great Black Hole!

Still no response from the black hole. oh well. Alhtough i must say, by getting no response at all they DID meet my expectations.

OK - I truly am not gloating. Honest! However since I've freely shared my disappointment & skepticism in the past, I feel it is only fair to let you all know.

I'd written to VMK this week to tell them that I'd played the generator spin game while VMK_Annie was testing it before the big "event". After waiting behind only 26 people, I was able to spin, see VMK_Annie say "Woot! You won credits" only to lose my connection. I figured that I might as well mention that I'd never received the candy cauldron as promised from the Maze event.

I just got an email from them saying that they'd put the prize/s in my inventory. I went to check, not expecting to see anything. I can't believe it, but the candy cauldron was there!

So once again I have to admit that I was indeed wrong to suggest that they weren't reading my email!

Oh - and in case you were wondering? There were no credits added. LOL I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, though. It's possible I remembered incorrectly how many credits I had before spinning - although I deliberately checked as soon as I'd entered the room in case I won double credits.
