First, I burned my forehead with my curling iron (OUCH! :headache:)

Second, I was driving home and a laundromat a few blocks from my house was on fire! Looks like the dryers caught on fire.

Third, my daughter was lighting a potpourri burner on my stove with a wooden match, then tossed the match in the trash can -- WHOOSH! Good thing I was in the next room. I grabbed the can and took it out to our back patio and poured water on it.

What next???

Oh geez!! Stay safe!

Yikes! I would stay away from anything with heat. You're not using an electric blanket or anything are you?

Your three bad things have happened. You are safe now. :goodvibes

Sounds like bed might be the best place for you to be! :)

Stay safe!

Have you checked the expiration of your kitchen fire extinguisher lately? :thumbsup2

We keep up with our fire extinguishers, but I went ahead and showed DD how to use it... well, I'd shown both kids before, but a refresher didn't hurt.

wrong thread. lol

Sleep well tonight.

Mushy. . .?

Did you make it through the night? :magnify: :goodvibes

OMG, I did make it through the night, but something of mine didn't!

My power cord on my computer developed a short! It wasn't wanting to charge my computer and I heard this crackling noise... good thing I figured out what it was so I didn't touch it or keep it plugged in.

I think I'm jinxed right now!:lmao:

:lmao: OK, items one and three indicate a need to have a greater respect for heat generating items, however, the second seems a bit of a stretch to associate with oneself unless it was your clothes in the dryer.:confused3 You should be alright! ;)
