I've always been afraid of rollercoasters too, but most of the ones at Disney I can handle.
Goofy's Barn Stormer: FUN!

It's so minor, a 2 year old could handle it. I personally think it's adorable though, so I'll usually just go on it and be a freak by putting my hands up in the air during the extremely slow drops. I usually have people laughing at me when I do that too...BUT I DON'T CARE.
Splash Mountain- TERRIFIES me. But! I LOVE IT. We have a love/hate relationship with each other, because I'm always a nervous wreck when I first go on it, but by the time that huge drop comes around I'm on such an adrenaline high that I don't even care anymore. If you don't like hieghts, then you CAN STILL GO ON THIS RIDE. Just do what I do and dunk under the seat when the minute the music cues that the drop is coming up.
Thunder Mountain- This ride is amazing. I was terrified the first couple of times I went on it, just because it tips and I was always afraid that I was going to slip out. BUT YOU DON'T. And it really doesn't tip that much, I'm just paranoid. It's so fun tho! And once you get used to it, you're able to enjoy it more and LOOK AROUND. There's stuff all over the place on that ride that I had never noticed until I stopped being a chicken and actually opened my eyes.
Space Mountain: Just to let you all know how pathetic I am, it took me until just LAST YEAR to get up enough nerve enough to actually ride this ride. I was so afraid of it, because it was in the dark and I have never liked the idea of not being able to see what's around me. It's really not that bad at all tho, and now one of my favorite WDW rides. You can't see much, but you can a LITTLE BIT, and the ride itself really isn't that bad at all. It just basically goes down and then does a sharp turn, down again, turn, down, turn, over and over again.
Primeval Whirl: FUN STUFF THIS RIDE IS. Again, I was a bit afraid of it the very first time I rode it, mainly because of how high it went, but it's really not that bad at all. It has sharp turns, drops, and it spins. The drops are a bit steep tho, and you usually don't know what position your going to be in during that drop, because your car is spinning as you're going up to it. But they are fairly small, so it's ok.
