Received this in my spam folder today (complete with misspellings )

You can check the report of your activities in the past 6 month that we have attached. We strongly advise you to stop your activities regarding the illegal downloading of copyrighted material of your internet access will be suspended.

I remember reading about that one and think it has a virus attached.


A new virus variant is being distributed with the subject “Your internet access is going to get suspended” and contains the following message:

Yes, that's the one. I think there was an attachment. My email provider puts that stuff in a folder that I check online daily. It never actually reaches my in-box.

Wouldn't your internet provider be the one to suspend you, like for non payment?

Sadly, people will fall for this, just like the Canadian Lottery, the UK Lottery, the poor woman in Africa who needs to send you millions, etc.

Remember, if it seems to good to be true, it probably it, you will NEVER have to pay money to release money you have won, and there isw a sucker born every minute.
