was wondering if anyone can explain to me why so many states have a law against carrying and ice cream cone in your back pocket? I mean where else am I supposed to put it?

FRONT pockets gang, FRONT pockets. These states are looking out for our convenience...Having it in the front pockets makes it easier to reach!

LOL..WDWAurora!! Now I didn't even think about convenience. What was I thinking? Just has always been a habit for me to put it in the back pocket, but now w/ it being against the law and all, guess I'll have to change my ways!

Are you fined for this? Or do you get jail time for this? I find this a very serious offense and I think people should be put in jail...for a month at least!

Now front pockets..that is the logical place to put it.
