I'm picking up my convertible today!

Well, when I made the deal on Friday (Happy Valentine's to me) I thought, Monday on my day off I'll pick it up, and I swear if the temp is above freezing I'll put the top down to drive home!

No such luck...........now the challenge will be to get it home and into the garage before the snow hits! Supposed to be starting by noon up here

Nothing better than a new car! I love cars and your's is nice. I'm sure you'll be riding on cloud nine. I bought my husband a 03 cobra for christmas and i still get a thrill getting in that thing! My MDX is great for the family but driving his mustang makes me feel 20 again and you gotta love that. I bet you'll look good in your new ride have a blast.

I don't know why but the thought of picking up a convertible in February in New England has me giggling. (maybe the fact that it is SNOWING sideways). It looks like a great car. My SIL just got one very similar.

I hope it stops snowing sometime this week so you can go for a little joyride.

Yep, the flurries have started here, my new wheels are safe inside the garage, I am curling up by the wood stove to read the owners manual

Too darn cold to put the top down for the ride home But very exciting all the same

Congrats Ann! Ted has a red one! Too bad you can't ride around with the top down. When we picked up Ted's Sebring, it was sprinkling, but we drove down the coast, and put the top down and froze and got wet.... what a blast!!!

DH and I flew to Florida several years ago, and at the rental car office they asked if we'd like to be upgraded to a red convertible for $10 more per day. We jumped at the chance to have a convertible in Florida for a week!!! It was a bit chilly the day we got there, but we put the top down...and drove with the heater on full blast!!! What fun!!
