Im overthinking my booking for the Poly tower

I would appreciate advice from those who are wiser about booking.
I currently have Poly points; I would like to book a two-bedroom (I would like a Theme Park or Preferred View) for 10/17/25 – 10/25/25.
My 11-month booking window opens on 11/17/2024, and the New Tower booking begins on 11/19/24. I can't seem to find if the booking availability is available online, or will it still be by phone call only on 11/19? I would like to have all this sorted because I will be out of town during the window and have to rely on Disney Wi-Fi during the 11-month booking time. I am overthinking this because I am confused about the best way to get this reservation and when to call to try to get it!

If you have Poly points, Island Tower reservations begin on 10/15/2024 for check-in dates on or after 12/17/2024. The 11/19 date is when points for other home resorts can be used to reserve a room in the Island Tower.

Booking should be on-line and begin at 8 am eastern time.

However, be aware that they declared 10 two bedroom lockoff units, 1 dedicated two bedroom, and 2 penthouse villas. So availability may be scant, just because studio bookings kick out the lockoff units, leaving only the 3 other 2BR units in play.

From reports, you will need to call on the 15th to book the new PVB tower rooms. The online system won’t be set up yet.

ET: you are booking later…by November 19th and beyond, 8 am booking online should be available.
