I'm onsite and friends offsite - FP?

I seem to recall there is a way to make group FP at 60 days for everyone in my group even if some of them are not staying onsite.

My son and I are staying onsite (French Quarter!!) but our two friends are not. They are in my list and I can make FP for them right now within 30 days.

However, when I make ours at 60 days (my window opens this weekend), do I just select us all and the system will let me include them? I'm worried we can't make group FP until their 30 day window opens

I've read, but have not actually tried, that as long as you are all in the same group you can make the reservations for them 60 days out as well. Good luck with it!

Last Nov there were 11 of us, wifey and I at Board Walk the rest rented a large house with pool. I made them my Friends&Family and we all got Fast Passes at 60 days. Further, as AP holders we get free PhotoPass as do all our F&F members so I gave the adults my MDE user name and PW so they can retrieve their own pics, they can get pics taken without us being there. All you'll have to do is enter their names and Disney ticket numbers in your MDE.

Yes as long as at least one member of each FP+ party is an onsite guest.
