Ugh! She says it's showing up as "pending" in the system. I told her to go ask someone else about this. I'm on hold.


*Okay, booked AS Movies, total is $961.83 for 7 nights, 1 adult, 1 child. Woohoo!!!! I spoke with Shondra, she wasn't very friendly, just kind of blah, but oh well!!!

they transferred me to wdtc they wouldn't due thru CRO

I had to book mine thru WDTC. They had to cancel my original reservation and re- book it. So i get my deposit mailed back and then i have to send a $200 deposit in.
It's worth it!
The price of the package is less than the room only! And this includes UPH!!

I just booked through WDTC with full payment required 45 days out and all the cancellation penalties, etc. I was told that it couldn't be booked through CRO. Was anyone able to book this through CRO?

I called too, and she said it was pending and she doesn't know when FT will open !

Nope I called CRO and they transferred me to WDTC and said I had to book it there.....I saved a total (for two rooms Yacht Club concierge lagoon view) of $3365! So call back!

OK, I got it!!

I called back and got WDTC directly this time - the first CM (Brooke) answered "Disney Dining"

When the 2nd CM brought up my reservation she said "you already have the Fairytale Package".

Guess "Brooke" must have changed it when she found out what I was telling her was true!!

But I got it - 7 nights Poly GV for $2318.

Just got through!

Booked 7 nights for 2 adults at Polynesian Lagoon View Concierge. Talked to Roma at WDTC - she was very friendly and polite. She asked how long we'd been on the phone, and knew that the FTP was all over the internet; she confirmed that it is WDTC only.

Cost: $2737.69, compared to DreamMaker at $4467.90 - savings of $1730!

Don't give up.

I called wdtc & was only on hold for a couple of minutes....talked to a woman named Tomi.....she offered me the options plan (silver?)but that was too pricey for me....we got CBR for 8 days plus the UPH & airfare for a total of $2400 for 3 adults, 1 child....I am very happy with that....2 years ago, we stayed at ASMu for only 5 days & paid $2300.....that package was thru AAA....hmmmm....makes you wonder.....anyway, I am thrilled!!!! Now all I need is a schedule for enights, fireworks, etc. for end of August & I'll be all set.....

Grrrr I got the most dimwhitted CM ever!!! She told me that CSR was available from aug 20 - 27th and then she said it wasn't, she kept trying to get me to go to riverside! I checked the Disney reservations website, CSR IS available from aug 20-27th!!!!!!!! Now i've been on hold for nearly 15 minutes and I'm ready to kill someone

Had a wonderful CM this morning, on hold about 3 minutes. Booked All Star Movies, Aug 9-16, 2 Adults, 2 Juniors, total $1528!

Just as a point of reference, I called CRO and was on hold for 25 minutes. Changed our existing Dream Maker pkg to Fairtytale Magic pkg. My reservation number stayed the same and my $200 deposit remains on the reservation. Bascially the CM told me that everything about my package stays the same (i.e. deposit, cancellation rules etc.) except the price was lowered.

We are 2 adults and 2 junior travelling to CBR for 7 nights 8/4 - 8/11. Dream Maker price: $2584 Fairytale Magic price: $1744.29
(no insurance) Savings: $840!! Enough to feed us for most of the week! Yippee!
