Awesome! Congratulations! I was number 1 on the top 10 list for Jungle Cruise yesterday! 57,000!

I hit 33,500 yesterday and was number 10 for a while - at least on the sign board in the game. But the scores on the main vmk page were all like 13k to 17k and I wasn't on that page. I guess they haven't worked out all their bugs even though it isn't Beta anymore.

esp for the Jungle Cruise no matter what I do I can not seem to get over 16,000 I just do not have enough gas ever those little gas cans just do not appear...is there a way or a trigger to get them to. Also the film I am always running out of film.

Mal,

I got my tips from someone else in Jungle Cruise and here they are:

ONLY take photos of the following: straight snakes, no coiled ones. COLORFUL birds.. no grey or white ones. Especially the Tucans (try waiting until they are looking at you), hippos with their mouths open, rhinos and elephants, and the SMALL monkeys!

I'm not sure about what triggers the gas cans to appear, but I've noticed they show up in the same places - and about the same time - during each game I've played. I thought they might be programmed in - the same way the animals are.

Are you using the back/down arrow? Even since they've slowed down the boats, it's still difficult to get all the film & gas if you go through each room at "normal" pace. There are several places where film or gas appears just after the last animal. I haven't decided yet if it's worth using the gas to stay on the screen & back up or not.

I scored about 27,000 the other day and actually got on the leader board for about 15 minutes. LOL I'm still irritated at all the animals that appear & disappear at the same time! I can never remember where & when they'll show up. There's a parrot I thought I had down (on the jeep by the explorer's tent) but even skipping the previous animal I'm still having trouble getting it! I'm waiting right over it, but keep getting a blank photo.

yes I use the back up key on my keyboard for some reason it is the forward key though...go figure

So they only appear once per room?

No, I've gotten more than one gas can per room, but I have no idea how or why. The best I've gotten is 40K, and can't understand how people hit 60K. WDWTIgger72 says there is a secret strategy, but no one has revealed it yet. I guess if it becomes public, then the competition for high scores will greatly increase!
