I just got off the phone with Disney hotel reservations, and the lady I talked to said to keep checking back because they *could* be offering AP rates at as much as 40% off over Christmas.
I know the chances are slim, but she said that was what her supervisor told her to tell me (I had an issue with booking). So here's to hoping

this is great news. It at least gives me motivation to keep checking the rates. We're booked at HoJo but I would really prefer DLH.

I don't know if you saw my post about it, but I discovered that there are pretty good ap rates being offered now. The trick is you have to actually plug your dates into the ap booking window and check that way, as the rates do not show up on the ap calendar. You might try your dates that way and see if you get a good rate!
