I'm Not As Tink As You Kronk I Am - Final Thoughts on Mustard's January Trip to WDW

countdown.jpg
Very cool calander, are those images printed, or how did you do those mickey heads?

if so you need to save that, you are gonna get alot of request for people wanting a copy of those.

In particulare me, i would like you to PM me your design if you still have it and dont mind.

I am gonna steal it.

Can i change the colors and make everyone i print off a different color, or would that be copyright infringment?
:rotfl:

What threads are all of you hanging around? Anything interesting that I might want to join in on?

Well there were several PTRs that I subscribed to when I first jumped on board this mad party that have now all become TRs, but the big show has always been on DisneyDad99's http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1491309

There are alot of really good ones Bee, but what i think that mustard is trying to say is that, one that is a must read is one by a guy named Fauntleroy.

his is really good, and he does not even know what he is gonna write about sometimes, that guy always makes me laugh.

:thumbsup2

No worries, take your time. Oh you better not or I'll join in the merry band on yours! :lmao:

:rolleyes1

Mustard's PTR is a bit shorter than your colossal TR........:rolleyes1

I think it would take a full afternoon to read your TR what do you think?:confused3
this is true.
I think it will take 2 days...if he reads everything, he must be, because I dont see a response by him on here yet.

hey mustard you out there.
:surfweb:

well, I'm the groupie that followed the DDad gang.....yet again :rolleyes1

:rotfl2:

I'll have to come back and catch up in a little bit.

Hey all, I'm about to drive up north with DW and DD11 ...DD has her first cheerleading competition tomorrow morning! We'll be driving straight back tomorrow afternoon for DW's company Christmas party so it's going to be a full couple of days.

I'll be back around on Sunday after I've recovered a bit :coffee:

I bet I can catch up on yours before you can catch up on mine.

Ready go
:goodvibes :surfweb:

That would be a losing proposition my friend ;)

Here is the plan.

Get yourself 2 skateboards, and 4 jumpropes.

Ty the jumpropes to the wheelchairs/scooters, and hang on tight while aboard teh skateboard

Feet not sore, and feeling good to go.

Just ask, I have answers everything.

:thumbsup2

Hmmm, that has potential!!!

Mustard...Good luck to your DD tomorrow:cheer2:

Have fun at the Christmas Party:santa:

OK, tomorrow I promise I'll get back to some actual pre-trip content :lmao:

The whole family has spent today recovering from Fri/Sat. Friday DW and I had a full day of work and doing last- minute prep for ye ole company Christmas party. We had spent the past couple of days loading up our minivan with all the stuff that needed to be taken down to the space that had been rented for the party. MiL would be driving the van to the venue and would have help with unloading and setup.

We then packed up our stuff for overnight and drove 2hrs north to Springfield, OR checked into the Crossland Suites in prep for DD11's first cheer competition. Crossland had THE HARDEST beds I've ever attempted to sleep on. And we were lucky enough to have a room next to a young mom with two small children. Needless to say it was not a restful night :sad2:

6:45am wake-up, shower/food/dress and off to the meet. We were there from 8:30am until 2:15pm sitting on bleachers ...wheeee! :cheer2: Anything for the kids, right :D Here are some shots from her meet:

And finally awards (she's standing on the right) - they caught 3rd

As soon as it was over we were back on the road to finish the setup for the party. We were back in town by 4:15pm and went straight to the venue to finish up setup. We were done by 5pm and the party started at 6.

It was at that point that we realized that although the ladies all were set for clothes, I needed a shirt. I'm not a shopper and generally let DW handle it, but she needed to get the girls together and do makeup and stuff. All you shoppers out there would be proud ...I went into JC Penny and was pointed to the clearance rack and found a $42 black Pierre Cardin shirt for $15.

Then home to finish getting ready and I drove the van down with the presents. The rest of them followed soon after and we had a very fun evening lasting until after 10pm. Here are some shots from that:
