I'm New Here!

I've been lurking for a while and just wanted to jump in and say hi and thanks for the inspiration! So many of you have been successful and it is very encouraging.

I am not following any fixed plan (believe me, I've tried almost all of them). I'm making a commitment to myself to make better choices and be healthy - losing weight will be a bonus!!

Hi antmaril,
I'm not on a "plan". I am just eating sensibly. I can't do a set plan either and found out that if I just watch what I eat I'd be fine. I've lost 11 pounds in the last 2 months.
