I'm new here, and this is my first post! We'll be at Disney in Sept. for our first family trip!
I made ADRs for a party of 5 at Crystal Palace for the character breakfast and at Planet Hollywood for dinner. My mom may or may not be joining us at Disney (she lives in Sarasota, FL), so I made the reservations assuming she'll be with us (otherwise, we're a party of 4).
My mom probably won't decide until Sept. if she's going or not. If she doesn't join us, and I don't change the reservation to a "party of 4," can we still show up and be seated. Or will that cause a huge problem? If she decides not to go, I'd hate to lose our time slots for breakfast and dinner, because we'll go from 5 to 4.
I guess what I'm asking is: What's the proper protocol for ADRs when not all the people will show up? Can we still keep the ADR or do we need to change it?
Thanks!
