I'm making New Year's resolutions-Join me?

Since 2003 was the first year that I stuck to a resolution, I would like to make 2004 the second year I stuck to my resolution. I resolve to lose the last 20 pounds in order to reach goal. My goal is to do it by the end of June, but if that doesn't happen and it takes me all year, so be it!
 
My 2004 resolution is also to focus on exercise!
I still want to lose about 90 lbs and I know exercise is what will help me make that goal. I also will be participating in the 2005 WDW 1/2 marathon, so while the first half of 2004 may be building an exercise routine, the second half (and especially the last quarter) will be on TRAINING! I intend to WALK the 1/2 marathon (these old joints can't jog or run:hyper: ) so I'll need to be able to HUSTLE. Right now I can do a 16 min. mile....BUT JUST ONE:rolleyes:

I've been noodling around with the idea of a WISH journal, as well as posting on fitday. Was thinking about the WISH journal to be more about my thoughts and feelings and could report my fitday breakdown there also. Am hesitating because I don't want to dream up more things to do sitting at the computer! I'll be giving this idea some more thought, and would love to hear from any journalers as to how helpful they have found journaling.
