About five years ago, I had a weekly menu set up. One night was Mexican food, one night was Italian, one night was "chicken", one night was "casserole" - you get the idea. I had three different ones that I rotated, so we only had the same meal once every three weeks.
Well, I slowly got away from it and then lost it. I would like to do it again, but thought I might just borrow/modify something already in place. My old recipes weren't picked with cholestrol levels in mind, and emphasized taste and preference over health.
Does anybody know a website that has what I'm describing? I did a search and came up with lots of weekly menu listings for colleges!
