I'm looking for a good receipy for muffins

I want to make chocolate chip muffins so need a basic receipy. My muffin book seems to be missing from my cupboard. I hope someone here has one I could use.

I picked this one up on this board - I think.

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Muffins

8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c butter, softened
1 egg, room temperature
½ c cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
½ c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or use paper liners. Beat cream cheese & butter together until fluffy. Beat in egg, cream & vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Stir flour mixture into cream cheese mixture until flour is moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups filling them ¾ full. Bake in preheated oven until tops are golden, about 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins
