Im leaving TOMMOROW! What parks what days? Help!

Hi,
I have looked at all of the park hours and am so confused at what my best parks days are. I know i need to avoid the early entry days (staying offsite). Otherwise i am just as lost as ever. Our available park days are sun. may 22- Fri may 27. I only wanna spend one day at animal kingdom and studios and 2 days each at epcot and magic kingdom. HELp my brains about to explode!
