I just registered to run my first 5K. The Happy Haunt 5K that's the morning of the Tower of Terror 10-miler, (which I'm not running, but I did get a ticket to the after party.) I've never run a 5K before, but I have a few months to train. And I do run, or at least walk, almost every day. I can do 3.5 miles in 30 minutes on a treadmill, and that's at a slow pace, so I'm not worried about the time or distance. I guess I'm just questioning myself since I've never done a 5K before, and now I am nervous-excited.
